Celebrate autumn with Bistro Michel and its new seasonal dishes. Only available for the month of April, you won’t want to miss out!

Think game stews, Michel’s new cured meat, onion soup, lamb kidneys sautéed with mushrooms and served with a Burgundy sauce, cassoulet and of course the classic Gatrile’s duck and cherry pie. Let’s not forget the stunning selection of salads which includes smoked trout with cucumber ribbons on a bed of leaves drizzled with tzatziki dressing … yum! Then there’s the duck and rice noodle salad served with cabbage, carrots, coriander and almonds tossed with a lemon, ginger, honey and sesame oil vinaigrette … is it possible to overindulge in a salad? If that didn’t make your mouth water then just wait until you hear the mains. Think grilled prawn kebabs served on traditional bisque risotto and pan-fried fresh Norwegian salmon served with basil beurre blanc and thyme potato mash … we’re in seafood heaven! And last, but certainly not least, there’s an aged 300g sirloin steak with green peppercorn sauce and frites. We don’t know about you but we’re definitely planning a date-night here!
