Chai Spiced Flapjacks
1 ½ Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ tsp All Spice
¼ tsp Ground Cloves
½ tsp Ground Ginger
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Buttermilk
4 Tbsp Lurpak Butter (melted)
4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
Combine all the dry ingredients together
Whisk all the wet ingredients together then slowly add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium/low heat and add a little butter, oil or non-stick spray to the pan.
Pour ¼ cup batter into the hot pan and cook for 1-2min on each side.
Top with a little extra Lurpak butter, fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.
