Tuna, bean and PEPPADEW® Piquanté Pepper Summer Salad

We are loving our PEPPADEW® Piquanté Peppers right now – and this summer salad, with beans, tuna… and of course those little red peppers, is our new go-to dish!

This salad serves 2 people.


• 400 g tuna shredded, drained
• Salt and pepper
• 200 g PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers Mild Whole
• 200 g white beans, drained
• 100 g black olives sliced
• 80 g celery sliced
• 80 g red onion diced
• 4 hard-boiled eggs sliced
• Olive oil and balsamic vinegar


• In a jar, layer by starting with the shredded tuna seasoned with salt and pepper
• Add PEPPADEW® Sweet Piquanté Peppers followed by beans, olives, celery, red onion and eggs
• Serve the jar with a bowl
• Guests can add their salad to the bowl and dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

Serving Suggestion: Serve with delicious crusty bread.
